The world we live in today revolves around email writing, it is something that you cannot get away from.
However, this is also incredibly difficult as each language has a cultural context and specific rules
Today we will be focussing on the 'semi-formal' email.
Some basic rules:
1. always include a subject that is clear and polite
2. No personal greeting
3. Have a few, clearly defined paragraphs
4. No personla history or jokes
5. No 'sms' language
6. No slang
7. Get to the point
